Spicy Rice Cake – DDukbokki (떡볶이)

Ingredients:
• 400 grams rice cake (tupe shaped, or sliced)
• 1 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste
• 1/2 onion
• 5 dried anchovies
• 3 green onions (sliced)
• 150 grams carrots
• 1 tsp of sugar
• 1/4 tbsp sesami seeds
Directions:
1. Pour 5 cups of water in a pan, add the anchovies and boit it for 5 minutes. Remove the anchovies.
2. Place the rice cake and the chili paste. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the green onions, sugar and rest of the ingredients. Continue to stir.
4. Cook until the sauce thickens. Add more salt or sugar as desired.

  1. pernah makan sis?? yang gw beli ga pedes. terlalu plain tuh rice cakenya.. gw ganti jadi cilok lumayan enak

    • annyeong^^ iy, sudah pernah makan,.,. yg saya coba rasanya pedas.. rasanya seperti otak2 yg rasanya tawar.. sepertinya kalau bahannya diganti jadi cilok lumayan untuk kocek uang dikantong.. hehe
